Insurance & Payment Information
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including debit cards, credit
cards, CareCredit, HSA/FSA accounts, checks, and cash.
Insurance Policy
Our office operates as an out-of-network provider and does not bill traditional insurance plans
directly. We have intentionally chosen this model to provide patients with transparent,
straightforward pricing while avoiding unexpected bills, copays, deductibles, and delays
associated with prior authorizations and insurance processing.
This approach allows patients to clearly understand the cost of care upfront and choose treatment
options that best fit their individual health goals, schedule, and budget. Many patients appreciate
the simplicity and flexibility of this patient-centered payment model.
Because insurance coverage and reimbursement policies vary widely between providers and
plans, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly with any questions regarding
covered services or potential reimbursement.
Medicare & Personal Injury Cases
Our office does work with Medicare Part B for the treatment of subluxations, as permitted under
Medicare guidelines. Please note that additional therapies and services are generally not covered
by Medicare.
We also accommodate patients with active personal injury claims related to recent automobile
accidents.
Following your initial examination, we will develop a personalized care plan tailored to your
specific needs and discuss recommended treatment options, associated costs, and available
financial arrangements.
