About Our Clinic

For over 40 years, Timber Linn Chiropractic has been dedicated to helping individuals and families experience true, lasting health, naturally. What began as a passion for healing has grown into a trusted cornerstone of the Albany community. From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: to help the body function the way it was designed; balanced, connected, and able to heal from the inside out. We believe that health is not just the absence of pain, but the presence of proper function. By focusing on the nervous system and the vital connection between the brain and body, chiropractic care allows us to address the root cause of many health concerns, not just the symptoms. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of caring for generations of families. From expectant mothers, to children, athletes, busy professionals, and seniors; our approach is always centered on gentle, effective care tailored to each individual. At Timber Linn Chiropractic, we combine experience with a genuine commitment to our patients. We take the time to listen, understand your health goals, and create a personalized plan that supports long-term wellness, not just short-term relief. We’ve seen firsthand how restoring proper alignment and nervous system function can change lives, helping people move better, feel better, and live with greater energy and confidence. More than four decades later, our purpose remains the same: To serve our community with integrity, compassion, and a commitment, helping every patient reach their full health potential.

Originally from Harare, Zimbabwe, I am proud to bring more than 40 years of Chiropractic experience to families in the Albany community through Timber Linn Chiropractic. My journey began in 1983 when I moved to the United States to attend the University of Wyoming, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. This academic foundation sparked my lifelong fascination with the body’s natural ability to heal itself. My passion for Chiropractic care grew from personal experience; first as a patient, and later as a parent. After witnessing the profound impact Chiropractic treatment had on my infant daughter’s colic and sleep challenges, I knew I had found my true calling. Since then, I have remained dedicated to helping patients restore balance, relieve dysfunction, and reclaim their health. With a deep interest in neurology and the brain-spine connection, I focus on identifying the root causes of health concerns while helping patients achieve lasting wellness. My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and results-driven, with the goal of restoring the body’s internal communication and unlocking its natural healing potential. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife, four children, and grandchildren, because family is at the heart of everything I do.

As a licensed Chiropractic Assistant at Timber Linn Chiropractic, I play an important role in supporting both the clinical and administrative aspects of patient care. My passion for holistic healing and natural wellness led me to join the Timber Linn team over six years ago, where I continue to deepen my understanding of Chiropractic care and its powerful impact on overall health and quality of life. I am dedicated to continually learning and growing in my role so, I can better support both our patients and our team. I have always been fascinated by the body’s ability to heal and the many ways Chiropractic care can positively influence every aspect of a person’s well-being. My warm, approachable nature allows me to help create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, encouraged, and genuinely cared for throughout their healing journey. I take pride in being a dependable and compassionate part of the Timber Linn team and am grateful to play a role in helping patients feel their best. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, gardening, and occasionally crocheting.

After spending several years as a stay-at-home mom raising my two young sons, I returned to the workforce in 2024 and found my professional home at Timber Linn Chiropractic. As a licensed Chiropractic Assistant and Shockwave Therapy Specialist, I am passionate about helping patients heal through compassionate care, education, and encouragement. I strive to support each patient on their healing journey with empathy, faith, and heart. My background in healthcare includes experience in psychiatric care, assisted living, hospital units, and neurology, which has given me a deeper understanding of the connection between the body, mind, and recovery process. These experiences helped shape my patient-centered approach and strengthened my genuine passion for helping people heal. As our team’s primary Shockwave Therapy Specialist, I am dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. I believe in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel cared for, encouraged, and empowered throughout their recovery. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, playing basketball, and making memories with my husband, sons, and extended family.
